Angel Landscaping Services ("we", "us", "our") is a landscaping and property maintenance contractor based in Manville, NJ 08835, serving Somerset County and surrounding areas. • Job details — what you are asking for (mowing, mulching, cleanups, power washing, stone work), property size or access notes, gate codes or entry instructions you choose to share, timing, and budget notes.
• Photos — any pictures of your property you send us so we can quote accurately.
• Messages — the content of calls, texts, emails, and social media messages between us.
• Payment information — if you pay by check, card, or a payment app, we see only what that method shows us (for example the last digits of a card and the amount). We do not store full card numbers on this website.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Crew members and subcontractors assigned to your property, and only the details they need to do the job.
• Service providers that run our website hosting, forms, email, phone or texting service, scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Professional advisors such as our accountant or insurer, when needed.
• Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect people, property, or our legal rights.

If we ever transfer the business, customer records may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

We photograph our own work for our portfolio, this website, and our Facebook page. Those photos show landscaping results. We do not publish house numbers, your name, or your address alongside them. If a photo of your property is online and you want it removed, call or message us and we will take it down.

Estimate requests that do not become jobs are kept up to two years so we can pick up where we left off. Customer, job, and payment records are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax, and insurance purposes, generally seven years. Text and email threads are kept for the life of the working relationship unless you ask us to delete them.

You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or provide a copy. New Jersey residents have these rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Law, and residents of other states may have similar rights. You may also opt out of any targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, call (848) 702-6937 or message us on Facebook and say it is a privacy request. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify who you are before acting, and we may need to keep records the law requires us to keep. If we deny a request, you may appeal by contacting us again, and you may complain to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

We limit access to customer information to the people who need it, use password protected devices and accounts, and work with reputable providers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or full card numbers by text or email.

Our services and this website are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to places we do not control, such as Facebook and Google. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect once you leave our site.
