What the program includes
- Weekly or biweekly mowing April through November, with edging and blow off
- Shrub and hedge trimming on the schedule each plant wants
- Bed edging maintained through the season
- Annual mulch installation at proper depth
- Spring clean-up, including debris removal and the first cut
- Fall clean-up with repeat leaf removal through the drop
- A set of eyes on the property every week, flagging problems while they are small
Why one crew for everything
Splitting the work between vendors creates gaps. The mowing crew edges a bed the mulch crew has not filled yet. Nobody claims the leaves in the side yard. You chase three schedules and three invoices.
On one program the sequencing takes care of itself. We clean up, then edge, then mulch, in that order, and the mowing schedule already knows when the beds are being worked.
A year on the program
Late March through April brings the spring cleanup, bed edging, mulch and the first cuts. May and June are the heavy growth months, weekly mowing plus the main round of shrub trimming. July and August slow down, and we watch for drought stress and grub damage.
September and October bring a second trim and the fall planting window. October through early December is leaf removal, repeat visits until the oaks finish, then the final cut and a winter walkthrough.
Pricing and billing
We quote the program as a season total after walking the property, then split it into even monthly payments so you are not hit with a large bill in April and another in November. Nothing gets added to your invoice without a call first.

Common questions
- Can I add or drop pieces of the program?
- Yes. Some clients handle their own mulch and keep everything else. We price the plan around what you want us doing.
- Is it cheaper than booking services one at a time?
- Usually, because we are already on your property and are not billing separate trips for each task.
- Does it include snow?
- Snow is quoted separately. Ask when we walk the property and we will tell you what we can cover.
